Every bottle of Sons & Dotters feels a little personal — because it is. We don’t chase volume; we chase perfection. Each batch of our bottled Old Fashioned is hand-crafted, bottled, and labeled right here in San Diego.
Proof of Process
We start with a single barrel of Kentucky straight bourbon, then proof and blend it with rich Demerara sugar and our unique blend of bitters. Each small batch is individually bottled and inspected for that perfect pour.
That attention to detail earned us Double Gold honors at two of the world’s top spirits competitions in 2025. But for us, awards aren’t the goal — they’re a reminder that when you use better ingredients and care about every step, you can taste the difference.
